Sunday School
Helping our Community
We are so excited to start our Sunday school classes this year. We have some amazing friends coming in to lead the classes with lots of fun things planned!
Our Children's Sunday School (Pre-K- 5th Grade) We are looking a different ways to help our community, and all of the way God shows his love. We have different activities planned each week, we will be going over a bible lesson, doing science experiments, painting and making crafts, we will play games and have songs picked out to sing and dance to!
Our Youth Sunday School (6th- Highschool) meet upstairs on the 3rd floor in our teen room. They will usually have a snack and discussions about bible lessons, their lives, and what's going on in the world and their communities.

MUMC Kids will be “Lookin’ for Love”... along with the whole congregation during Lent. This Sunday the kids will start looking for the ways God loves us, helps us, and gives us ways to escape temptation through a science experiment with a water balloon and fire?! And snacks and games too! All kids from age 3 – 5th grade are welcome on Sunday morning from 9:45 to 10:45.
We will discuss how to help others in our community and some different ways we can go about doing that! We will be collecting donations for a local animal shelter. So please feel to bring any donations to the Sunday school area in the church. We are collecting things like washcloths, bath towels, blankets, Clorox wipes, dish soap, dog toys, cat toys, hand sanitizer, etc.
We are also collecting recycled items for the kids to make crafts with so please bring in any empty water bottle, plastic containers and lids, paper towel rolls, and cardboard boxes or any other items that could be used to create!
