Kim for UpcomingOn Sunday, June 15 we will begin a series of sermons called “Between the Trees. ” One way to look at the story told in the Bible is that it is told between two trees. At the beginning of the Bible there is a story about the tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil in the Garden of Eden. In the last chapter of the last book of the Bible when God brings heaven down to earth there is a story about the tree of life. The rest of the Bible story is told between these two trees. This summer we will look at the first and the last stories about trees and then three more stories about how God finds and reaches out to people both under and in trees. Come worship with us as we spend time “Between the Trees.”
