Bring Items for “Feed and Be Fed” and Paper Products for “Joe’s Place” This Sunday

Each month on Communion Sunday, Maplewood United Methodist Church supports the “Feed and Be Fed” Weekend on Wheels program sponsored by the MRH School District.  Remember to bring non-perishable food items to share with families who need a little help on the weekends when the school provided breakfasts and lunches are not available.Feed and be Fed

JOE’S PLACE, located in Maplewood, is a home that offers a safe nurturing environment during the school year for boys in the MRH School District who are affected by homelessness.

Maplewood United Methodist Church Supports Joe’s Place by Providing Paper Products: Items are collected at the church and delivered to Joe’s Place as needed: trash bags, toilet tissue, napkins, paper towels, aluminum foil, sandwich baggies, saran wrap, lysol wipes, kleenex and dryer sheets.

Joe’s Place is a collaborative effort between the Maplewood-Richmond Heights School District and area churches and organizations who provide the necessities to keep a family home function. It has received national recognition for the positive impact it has on the lives of those it touches. Please read more at www.joesplacestl.org.
